Before I made the call to the Debt Advisor I literally felt that I was drowning in debt, I was frightened to answer the door in case it was a bailiff, frightened to leave the house in case I came home to my belongings removed, dreaded the postman with yet another debt collector or bill that I couldn’t afford to pay. I ended up just putting unopened letters either in the bin or in a drawer burying my head in the sand hoping it would all just disappear.. i had mitigating circumstances for why things were so bad having to keep my child safe by taking time off work . I made the call and was put under the management/care of Alex and her team .. each and every one of them were absolutely amazing and so professional and outstanding at their roles. In less than 24hrs they had taken control and started to put things in place to help me .. I finally felt able to breathe a little even opening the unopened letters !!!!!
