Well what I can say about Jack.. He is the most understanding empathetic person Ive ever dealt with. This process for me was extremely daunting and overwhelming, I have attempted to get debt help in the past and have struggled and gave up. Jack listened without judgment, explained everything a million times until I fully understood and went above and beyond to make this process as simple as possible. If it wasn't for Jack then I would have gave up and continued to be in the rubbish position I was in. Jack is an asset to the company and I cannot thank him enough for helpinge and more importantly, hearing me. Thankyou x
