Alex was very reassuring, she put my anxiety at ease, spoke to people on my behalf, lovely,knowledgeable, understanding, non judgemental,kind lady, she advised me for the outcome that has best suited my needs, always answered messages, if I spoke to other members of your staff they were just as helpful, I'm so grateful, a big weight lifted,and I'm on my way to getting a car aswell as paying debts back thank you
