This company is pretending to be o2 and convinced me to move over to a business plan with an upgrade to my phone.
I contacted them the same day within a couple of hours and was told because it is a business contract I do not have a cooling off period.
After numerous phone calls and promises of call backs, I have now contacted my bank to cancel any payments to them.
