Do be careful with this company when you first talk with them. I've had a similar experience to others but I did manage to get it rectified. When they first called the operator chatted to me and I was under the impression I was moving to a business contract with O2 and would be saving money on my Tariff for this reason. Although he did mention he worked at YourMobile I still felt that after the conversation they worked together with O2 and I was just switching from a personal tariff to a business one. After being switched to the new operator to go through the nuts & bolts of the new tariff I then verbally agreed on the phone that this all sounded grand. I then got the full T&C documentation & contract through which had some interesting cancellation fees that I wasn't told over the phone... So after looking into the new tariff I was being put on I quickly realised that it was actually going to be more expensive than my current one so there was no need to switch. So I was very surprised that when I rang to rectify this and cancel this contract, I was told that this could not happen as it was a business to business contract & there was no cooling off period. However, I was not aware of what a 'cooling off period' actually was at the time of the call (no cancellation) and was not made aware of the cancellation fees on the contract until after our phone call. So i believe I was taken advantage of a little in this situation because if they had said there's some big cancellation fees & by saying YES right no you're tied in I would of had more of a think about it... To then be greeted with an MP3 email of me agreeing to this contract over the phone wasn't the nicest as I felt I'd been mislead into a contract that wasn't going to be cheaper than what I'm currently on. I almost felt a bit threatened. Especially when the cancellation costs could of been £250 or £750+. I understand this contract would of been for 36 months and they're saying well we're gonna lose out on all of that money but the way that I was signed on to this contract was totally unfair which is why I persisted with this matter. However, I can say that each time I spoke on the phone with the operators that they were pleasant & friendly and were able to assist me in cancelling this contract due to my persistance and eventually their help. I was very clear in who I had been talking to for advice & that the way I was signed on was very sneaky. Especially when I was being offered a cheaper tariff which in fact was not correct. This happened to be a mis-communication on both parts. They thought my tariff was £30 and if be dropping to around £20 when in fact my tariff was only £15 and the £30 was my phone bill. I did clearly state this on our phone conversations but it was muddle between the switching of phone operators. So I have to say I'm very satisfied and grateful that this mishap was rectified and appreciate the operators for helping me with the situation. But just make sure that if you are contacted by this company you're fully aware what you're signing up for by reading your T&C's ASAP and not leaving it too late. Leave it too late & you'll totally have to pay some cancellation fees which makes sense in any business. Stay safe folks! All the best!
