We have placed a number of orders in the last few weeks. This latest arrived on time and was complete. We have had a couple of other orders where we are awaiting some items, and whilst this is frustrating this is probably because of supplier problems outside YSH's control. Anyway, the customer service staff have been really excellent so they still deserve 5* overall.
