As always, our experience with your company was very good, that's why I have returned to you for my VELUX BLINDS 3 times.
But when the blinds arrived, they both have only 1 side track, fitted with a black runner, and after fitting them, they do not run up and down.
We contacted VELUX, and they are sending another set. I am VERY NERVOUS, that they will be the same. The help line to VELUX, did not know if the track should be on both sides. Very nice people, but RUBBISH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.
