I had no problem with the online ordering service.
However your carrier UPS left the package on the ground at the front door
without alerting me to its arrival. Also the tube that the bolt of material
was in had been bent at an angle. I have managed to straighten the tube
but I feel your carriers should be reminded about the importance of
careful handling.
