The 2 curtain poles originally ordered were not delivered, apparently they said they were damaged and therefore did not deliver them to me, no one told me and I had to do the chasing but I can honestly say that the lady I spoke to sorted the problem out with speed and was very helpful. A joy to know there was someone to speak to at the other end.
