Unfortunately 2 of the boxes of 4 packs of curtain tiebacks were very damaged and the fixings for one missing. I received new fixings the following day after I contacted customer services, but these were the wrong ones. I ended up going to a diy store to buy some appropriate fixings. The boxes were so damaged, this must have been noticed before they were sent out. Very disappointed
