I ordered my blackout blinds over the phone. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful.
The blinds were good value for money and arrived within 3 day, brilliant.
My only issue is that DPD were the courier.
I have requested that my deliveries are left in a safe place.
I have put this on the DPD app and taken a photograph of where to put any orders.
Unfortunately my Velux blind, worth £65, was left on my door step in full view of any passerby!!!!
