Delivery was as expected, communication was good and I am very happy with the product. My only grumble would be the amount of plastic packaging used: I ordered curtain rings, each ring was in a plastic sleeve (from the manufacturer) then they were in a box. The boxes were then in a plastic bag then another plastic bag! Perhaps the company could look into more sustainable packaging options.
