We have placed an order with you in early June. We were told there would be several weeks wait, but we have no update. Worryingly your phone lines are dead. Emails are automated. We need to know if we can get our order or our money back, but it's impossible to contact you.
I'm assuming you have gone into liquidation and we will never see our money again.
