When I called to ask a couple of questions and then placed the order, I explained that I it was an urgent order, it was my fault I forgot to order it at the beginning of the week. However, the lady said she would do her best and despatch it to me as soon as it arrived, which she did. I received my delivery in 2 days. Excellent service.
