The curtain track operates extremely quietly but the timer is a complete nightmare. We contacted you and were immediately referred to a company called SGS. They in turn appeared to understand our difficulty and promised to call us back and 'talk us through' the timer set-up procedure. This has not happened and because we are going abroad tomorrow we have been forced to leave the curtains closed, whereas we would have much preferred to have them opening/closing.
