I ordered three lined roman blinds to be made up in a Sanderson fabric. When the blinds arrived two out of the three were poorly made - they do not hang properly. They are uneven and the sewing quality is terrible on one side of each blind. Even worse is the quality of the linings - cheap and flimsy. As a result, the blinds look terrible on the windows. Customer service has been appalling in handling my complaint. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I am now having the blinds re-lined and remade - at huge cost.
