Poor quality paper, and very poor customer service after. Sent a complaint along with pictures of faults on paper, had to contact you again for a reply, Finally got a reply informing me that you were looking into it further and discussing with management. Almost 2 months later and still not heard anything. So from this maybe you can understand the reason for my 1 star rating.
