Having ordered the wrong diameter curtain pole, Neil in your customer service department, was extremely helpful. He made us aware of the options available to us, which we were very grateful for. Our replacement pole has now been fitted and curtains hung. However, my only concern is the softness of the wood, it dents and marks at the least touch, and the very basic quality of the paint used - almost air brushed on. Not brilliant considering the cost of the pole.
