I recently bought curtain rails from yourselves and your service was very good, especially in arranging supply of screws which Swish had forgotten to include. I would like to comment that the screws were very small with exceptionally small heads in order to fit the very slim track. This resulted in 2 of them breaking whilst I was inserting them. I managed to get one out but not the other. Fortunately the runners just clear it. Perhaps a cross point headed screw would be stronger. In addition I will need to lubricate the runners as they do not slide very well and wonder if the plastic has been changed.
