silent gliss metropoles arrived quickly and as ordered, shorter pole was not in good condition eg end cap loose, pole scratched, end stop partly missing and end of pole loose. all easily resolved and scratches are on back of pole anyway. longer pole perfect. maybe shorter pole had been sliding around inside long tube and screws had loosened?
