Really helpful on the phone prior to ordering. Totally patient and caring. I knew what I wanted but was struggling to tie it down to a product. I got all of the help I needed including taking the order to save me doing it online. Excellent delivery options too. Haven’t actually opened the parcel yet because our builder was delayed but it arrived bang on time. I’m confident that if I have any problems at all I will be helped.
