Dawn was extremely patient and helpful on the phone in answering my questions for making up some roman blinds. We ran through my requirements several times, making adjustments where necessary, based on her experience and advice. They subsequently arrived in the time stated and look fantastic. Clear and precise instructions came with them too but they were very easy to put up.
