Ordered 4 blinds for our Velux Skylights. Our order came the following day from ordering, through DPD. We fitted the blinds the following night and one of the blinds was faulty, I sent them videos of what was wrong etc as requested. They very very quickly sent me a replacement and again arrived extremely quick. It was never an issue for them, they handled it professionally and for that reason alone, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds. The quality is fab too so cannot fault at all.
