Great service when promising things and taking money. after that, rubbish, promised and charged handsomely for next day delivery, no chance of that as my package wasn't even packed until late in the afternoon on the day I was supposed to receive it. Offer of refund subsequently retracted. Now 4 working days later (plus a weekend) and still no parcel, only help to track the parcel was to say 'look at the email'. Poor, very poor. If they can't get me a small tub of adhesive what chance something large - won't even think of using again.
