I ordered the April box back in 2020 and I have, from today March 10th 2021, still not received it. Their unhelpful customer service keep replying with automated messages telling me to patiently wait for it to show up or get shipped back to their warehouse. I have been waiting for A YEAR. My bank was unfortunately not able to withdraw the money since I’d been waiting an extended amount of time - not sure if this was an intended tactic from Yumetwins. Either way super disappointing and but keep this in mind if you’re box is “delayed”. If you subscribe to Yumetwins and your box doesn’t show you should be aware customer service won’t be able to help you. I’d consider looking for another company to spend your money on.
