I received the December box as a holiday gift that just arrived today… I loved the products but the delay also means I do not get to participate in the contests… fortunately it was not a seasonal box or this would have been even more disappointing. Also customer support was not very “supportive” during the delay, and the Japan Post site is hard (for us) to navigate.
