Customer service is okay. I was disappointed by the impact of the pandemic and YumeTwins response to delays and shipping. I was forced to pay an extra $10-$11 per month if I wanted to receive my box without waiting for months for it to arrive overseas. Some boxes really get it right, others disappointing and boring. November 2020 was not great in my opinion and one of my items came defective with the zipper sewn into the bag.
