Received a faulty pair of maternity leggings and having then emailed to report the problem, got a very understanding and prompt response from Zoe with a genuine apology saying how equally disappointed she was. I received a new pair in the post without delay and was promised a refund should I find a problem with the new pair. Fantastic customer service which was hugely appreciated.
