You have let me down considerably on my request for China Visa. You have not provided any proof of application which makes me strongly believe that my application was not even submitted for visa at China consulate. I have easily obtained visa on same passport through other reputed agency. So if you are genuine i need full refund of the fees that very falsely charged to me.
