The lady (Ms. Sumaira) was a bit rude on the phone.
When asked for slight change in the Application form.
The customer wouldn't know that its meant to be that way, as i am applying for turkish visa for the very first time.
Its the responsibility of the agent to advise in a calm way and not being rude.
Would definitely not recommend Zabeel to any of my friends in future.
