The best part of applying for visa through a travel agent is to avoid the queue system in the embassy. My experience with Zabeel star was not good. I have accepted all charges they asked for (Visa fees + processing fees + VAT). However when I came to pay by credit card they asked me to pay extra 3% as a credit card charges which is against the low. I explained to them this charges is not legal however they insisted to collect this charges. I had no other option but to raise a complaint to the economic department and then file a case in the police station to be able for me to collect my passport. Following to the police case, they accepted the payment without the 3% charges and returned the passport. The 3% is a very small amount in comparison to the total amount i paid to get the visa but I don’t accept paying illegal or incorrect amount.
