Terrible service for Visas. They are not updated with any of the documents required. The service that they are paid for is neglected- I had 3 errors on my visa application - dates, wrong date on travel insurance and the travel insurance itself in regards to the new visa requirement was wrong! It’s very likely that my visa will be rejected thanks to them. Don’t use them at all! There are plenty of other service providers that actually pay attention and are updated.
