Scam company. The clothing comes and is awful quality, not as shown in the pictures, and the stitching came lose just from trying it on. When you try to contact them to return and get a refund, they refuse. The "only option" is to keep the clothing (even though it's too appalling to wear because they don't want to pay for postage) and receive 10% of the money back. After days of arguing they said returns are not possible and the clothing I ordered was exempt in their terms and conditions (?!?) They've gradually increased the offer of the percentage of money back but still won't give me a full refund despite the clothing not being as described and being poor quality. I'm hoping PayPal will help me out and I won't use Zaful again.
