I’ve never had such bad service. I ordered 6 items in April, and in AUGUST items showed up, but they were not even from Zalful! They were super cheap plus sized items from an affiliated company. I filed a complaint and sent pictures like you’re supposed to with the order number, and all they did was send a macro email back asking me to file a complaint with pictures. NEVER have I got them on the phone. Never again. Over $109 wasted.
