HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THIS CMPANY -5 STARS INCLUDING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My son used their website to buy clothes, he used a visa gift card. He received an email confirming order, next day it was cancelled. They claim it was due to unsuffient funds (he just got the card, and we even checked the balance before buying clothes) I contact them and I get the runaround, rude and not even willing to help. I just keep getting told I need to submit a ticket and that they never took the money (but yet money is all gone). I submit a ticket and never heard bad, contact them yet again and this time told they dont take visa gift cards - only for international orders they do, umm what? You dont take visa cards for domestic orders but yet you do for international orders? I speak to another rep and again told to submit a ticket.. I explain that I already have and that I contacted the card company and they even said the money was taken by them..and yet again being told that there was no money thats why the order was cancelled.. Well now I want my money back! needless to say I have been at this for 1 month now and still no money and still get told to submit a ticket. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
