The parcel arrived, but not at our address, it arrived to a stranger at a totally different address in a totally different neighborhood. Zaful support will not look at the evidence and, for a 32,77 Euro offer, they are offering us a meagre 12,99 partial refund. They refuse to send the item again, or to give a full refund. The behavior of the support is such that I would give zero stars, if it was possible. Enfuriating.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
