Awful experience.
1. They tried to say they didn't receive my refund worth around £100 sent from the UK to a Spain address costing me £13. They kept this up for 3 whole weeks until I said I was opening an investigation with my bank and the post office, they then quickly issued the refund.
2. I received a £70 VAT invoice from DPD saying Zaful doesn't pay VAT from China!!
Absolute hassle and rip off. Do not use.
Would recommend Shein over these guys, they sell similar stuff and easy returns.
