Didn’t get an email confirming what I had bought.
Offers free delivery but then charges £30.00 for your delivery to get through customs.
Doesn’t say in the returns section online that you can’t return swimwear (so when my package does finally arrive the items may/ may not fit and I won’t be able to return for a refund anyway)
You have to scroll through to the “terms of use” to find this out, where it there contradicts itself and says “goods not suitable for return hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after return” very confusing!!
