Truly terrible customer service. If you call you will be connected to someone who doesn’t know the business process and will say anything to get you off the phone. Calling later you will realize nothing was documented of your original call and they refuse to allow you to speak with management. Using the ticket online gets you scripted/automated responses until about the 5th reply when you may finally get a response that pretty much apologizes for the issue, however, the apology is all you will ever get.
