Absolutely unsatisfied with customer service and the company policy. I placed the order then called 1 minute after to change the size, they said they cannot do it. After, I received Order I wanted to exchange item they said we cannot I said I didn’t see the policy. They didn’t car said we cannot help you at this point 🤷🏻♀️. Horrible experience with customer service. No terms and conditions regarding return and exchange. Not recommended. Horrible experience and absolutely unacceptable customer service......would never buy anything from them again!!!!!!
