I had an issue with a cancellation and needed immediate assistance in order to be able to use my funds in time for cyber monday & received prompt responses/solutions RIGHT away from the sales team as my rep advised. Very impressed and satisfied with the customer service! Very professional and responsive. I have a niece order the cutest jacket from here that I had to have, great quality! Can't wait to get my order :)
