Didn’t need my item anymore so requested a refund. Said they’d do it and got a notification saying it was refunded (they said I’d get my MONEY BACK) but I didn’t... they gave me 50 points on the app which are useless as I’m never using again!! Complete scam, waste or time and money!!!
