DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Package shows out for delivery 2 months ago but was never delivered. Due to a typo with the zip code, package apparently was returned to Zaful over a month ago. Zaful has no customer service number, so you are forced to submit support tickets via email. I have submitted so many I have lost count in search of a resolution that is always responded with a vague “we will look into this and get back to you” which never happens. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. It’s very simple. Just refund the money or resend the items. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this.
