I planned a trip for the end of January so I placed two different orders at the start of December thinking that would give lots of time for shipping. I started to notice the tracking was going in a different direction and when I called Zaful they told me to contact Canada Post. After doing so Canada post told me my postal code was totally different. After contacting Zaful they told me this was my fault. The postal code was completely different. I could understand if one letter was off but it was completely different and on two orders, how does that even happen? After going back and forth asking for my money back Zaful told me I would have to pay 15$ per order to get it shipped out again. After fighting and getting hungup on by their customer service I gave in and said send both orders again without charging me. That was about a month ago and still nothing. After multiple messages and phone calls to post offices and the company still nothing. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am blown away and recommend that no one ever order from this company its not worth it!!
