I ordered 2 swimsuits from Zaful last year and received them within a week. So naturally, I thought that I could order them again and they would arrive in time. However, it has now been three weeks and my order still says processing. I contacted them and they said that it is delayed because of Chinese New Years. To top it off I recommended them to my friend and she ordered swimsuits from them around the same time as I did. She received a confirmation email and the money was taken out of her bank account. However, when she goes to track her order her account says “you cannot see orders from others accounts.” Absolutely ridiculous.
