As I scroll down I notice many people having the same issues. I placed an order nearly a month ago, assuming this would be plenty of time to receive my order in time for my upcoming vacation. However, it has yet to even ship-and when I requested express shipping to be covered by them for all the inconvenience and to ensure I receive the order on time. They refused, offered me the same thing as below 50 points on a $70+ order. I order from them all the time, quality and fit is perfect and they always deliver on time. During this outbreak, they have done nothing to ensure customer sanctification-very disappointing!!!
