Finally gave in and ordered a jacket I'd been wanting for a long time after hearing my friends give Zaful positive reviews. I ordered the jacket a month ago, was charged immediately, and my order still has not shipped and is processing 30 days later. Reaching out to customer service is no help, as they just give you a computer message. Will never order from here again. Shein is cheaper and processes orders 10x faster. Save yourself the headache and the loss of money
