I ordered on Feb 5/2020 and it is now 4 weeks later and my order is still processing. I was told on Feb 26/2020 my order was packed and ready and now it is March 4/2020 and order is still processing. I started a ticket with zaful 2 weeks ago and now I can no longer see it. I will never be ordering from zaful again. To make things worse my friend placed an order a week after mine and hers is already shipped!! So unhappy with the customer service I’ve received.
