I ordered a sweater from Zaful back in November but I never received it in the mail. I have contracted Zaful multiple times over this problem and all they kept telling me is that I will get an email. I have never received an email from Zaful. I have asked them to resend me the item, but that never happened so then I asked if I could get a refund and I still have not gotten a refund. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have also tried to contact Zaful but they have not responded to them. I still have not received my item and it is March.
