My daughter ordered a bikini on the 5th March and I received an email on the 7th of March stating it had been dispatched. I called on Wed the 18th March and was told it would arrive by Friday the 20th. Then I called again on Saturday the 21st and was told there was a 24 hr - 48 hr delay. Called again today the 26th and was told again there is a 24 - 48 hrs delay. I said enough was enough, I want a refund and I was told I cannot claim a refund unless the item is sent back. How can I send the item back when I have not received it? Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
